Taking care of oneself

With the stresses of end of course (this year a little more complicated than the previous ones, because of the uncertainty in which we have the application of the latest education reform) have lost some of the good habits that had gained in the recent months. For example, with food, at moment that comes very well take care of the body.

So this week, I don’t think finish June without starting to pamper me again. A bit of Sun and salt water, which are very good for the body and the soul and gather rich and healthy.

How do you do to keep the habits acquired when they come the difficult times?
